About Sync Interior

Design is a promise.
Build is the proof.

A studio obsessed with the details you feel, not just see

Sync Interior began with a simple frustration: beautiful renders that never made it to the finished home. We built the studio the other way around — starting with our own carpentry workshop, so the hands that fabricate your joinery are the same team that designed it.

Today we design and build Japanese Ryokan, Japandi and modern luxury spaces across Singapore — HDB flats, condominiums and landed homes — with a reputation for honest pricing, fixed timelines and spaces that feel as good as they look.

How we work

A four-step journey, kept on rails

One team from first sketch to final handover — no hand-offs, no surprises.

01

Consultation & Concept

We listen first — understanding how you live, then translating that into a spatial brief with moodboards and budget scope.

02

Space Planning & 3D

Measured drawings and photorealistic 3D visualisation so you approve every angle before a single wall moves.

03

Execution & Carpentry

In-house carpenters fabricate bespoke joinery. A fixed milestone schedule keeps dust, noise and timeline under control.

04

Handover & Aftercare

Full snagging, styling touch-ups and a clear aftercare pass — you move into a home that's truly finished.

The craft layer

Materials & methods we swear by

Natural timber

Solid oak, ash and teak veneers, grain-matched and hand-finished by our workshop.

Curated materials

Quartz, sintered stone, brass and linen — specified for how they age, not just how they look.

Bespoke joinery

Shōji screens, tatami platforms, floating vanities and hidden storage built to the millimetre.

Considered lighting

Layered ambient, task and accent lighting that shifts a room from day to evening.
